Which universities are best places to study abroad?

The United States has some of the best universities for international study, but it has some serious challenges to overcome.

A new study by the think tank Pew finds that the number of U.S. colleges offering international programs has declined by nearly two-thirds in the last decade, from 4,500 to 2,800.

The study also found that the percentage of international students who enrolled in U.C. Berkeley’s international programs dropped from 23 percent to 14 percent.

But the percentage who took courses at Stanford, the top-ranked U..

S.-based university, rose to 42 percent from 37 percent.

In all, Pew found that there were more than 3.5 million international students in the U.s. in 2020.

But there were fewer than 3,000 in 2019, and there are more than 690,000 now.

The drop in international students has led to a steep decline in the number and quality of international education in the country, as well as a decline in international trade, according to the study.

More than 70 percent of the students at U. of C. Berkeley and UC Berkeley’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences were international students, and nearly half of all international students at Stanford University are international.

The national average for international students is about 15 percent.

A total of 6,500 international students are enrolled at U of C., according to a university official.

In 2018, there were just over 4,000 international students.

But the university’s international students have been hit hard by the recession, as more and more students leave the U to find work elsewhere, according the report.

In 2019, there was a 10 percent decline in students who were international at UBC.

The same year, there had been a 6 percent decline at Berkeley.

U.C.’s undergraduate population grew from 6,600 in 2019 to 7,200 in 2020, according UBC’s report.

There were 9,300 international students on campus in 2020 compared to 10,000 the year before.

But it’s a far cry from the U of T, which saw more than 11,000 students in 2020 after 9,400 in 2019.

At the same time, the overall number of international undergraduates in the university is down by about 60 percent, from a peak of 7,700 in 2019 and then dropping to 5,600 this year.

At UBC, there are about 8,300 internationally enrolled students.

UBC also reported a 15 percent decline to about 1,200 international students as of June.

Pew also found the number at UofC is at its lowest point since 2001.

The University of Toronto and U of California’s Berkeley are the two top-rated universities in Canada for international enrollment.

The university’s average number of internationally enrolled undergraduates dropped from about 5,800 in 2016 to about 3,800 this year, according Pew.

Both institutions are on track to meet or exceed the national average, but UBC has the most international students of any U., and it’s also at its worst enrollment, with just more than 4,300.
