(AP) – Most U.S. universities have a good chance of landing a study abroad program for undergraduates, but a study of the best destinations for undergrad and graduate students to study in 2018 says that the best programs are not necessarily those in the U.N. or the European Union.
The American Association of University Professors study, released Tuesday, says there is a growing recognition that some of the nation’s best universities are also among the best for undergraduate students.
A handful of U.U.P. schools were included in the study, including New York University, which has been ranked No. 1 in U.K. universities for the past three years and is among the top 10 for U.H.S., No. 7 for UC Berkeley and No. 5 for Yale.
U.S.-based schools include Stanford University, Harvard University, Princeton University and the University of Pennsylvania.
It is not clear if there will be a similar ranking for other nations.
“We think this study will help our students, and others, make an informed decision,” said David Pfeiffer, president of the association.
While the rankings are based on a survey of more than 8,000 faculty members, they may be skewed by the fact that the survey, conducted in January and February, did not include data from all accredited U.P.-based universities.
The AP review included data on students who enrolled in more than one program, including undergraduates.
The rankings were based on how many students enrolled in UH, UCA, UC Berkeley, UC Davis and other U.C. schools, as well as the number of students enrolled at other UH-affiliated universities.
There are about 40 U.W.
A few were included, including the University at Buffalo, a school that is in New York.
Other colleges that were included included California State University, Los Angeles, the University College of the Arts in Oxford, the College of William and Mary in Baltimore, the Johns Hopkins University College and the State University of New York at Oswego.
Among the other universities included were the University School of Medicine at the University in New Mexico, the National University of Singapore, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the College at the City University of Hong Kong.
